Offering stylish, air-conditioned rooms with free Wi-Fi, Pensión Basque Boutique is located in Bilbao’s Old Town, 150 metres from Santiago Cathedral. Loved the decor and style, spacious room. Gorgeous views of European balconies. Air con was great and there were nice touches like the hair straightener in the bathroom, two small bottles of water provided every morning and tea/coffee in the common area. The staff also provided suggestions on what to do in the area. Good location in the old town with easy access to shops and restaurants.

Superb room and shower, a stunning breakfast, super helpful staff who went above and beyond to get us good coffee and help clean baby bottles etc. The little play area for kids at breakfast was fantastic.

Hotel Miro is a unique place with exceptional service! Next time we are in Bilbao we will definitely check in at this hotel again. I recommend it very warmly! The perfect place to relax! Everything in the hotel and room was amazing. Super friendly and patient staff, big and beautiful room, nice little town. The restaurant was unfortunately very empty but the quality of food is totally worth it and the family running it are very nice people. Would love to come back!
