This perfect little haven in the Petite France area of Strasbourg was an ideal base to explore this beautiful historic city. This renovated old building has everything - character, history, vintage furniture and modern facilities. We visited Strasbourg during the Christmas Market and while it was only a few minutes walk to the major market squares and the local restaurants, the immediate vicinity was pretty quiet - almost no vehicle traffic and just a few pedestrians, who mostly seemed to be taking their kids to the school opposite. We only saw one staff member (I’m sure there must be others) but he was very welcoming and informative, giving us good tips on where to go. We loved our room, which was very nicely furnished, but also had plenty of power points, a device charger on the desk and the most fantastic shower.

Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. Château De Grunstein was a really pleasant surprise for us. At first, we booked it due to it's closeness to Strasbourg & Colmar. But, we could have stayed there just for the place itself! The room, the interior design, the staff... everything was amazing. I have to give credit to the amazing baker/cook who prepared the breakfast. She did a phenomenal job, everything tasted heavenly. Without doubt, one of the best breakfasts I had in Europe. Thanks again for this lovely weekend we got to spend there!

I had to book a last-minute hotel because my original housing plans were changed. I had a few different options to select from and I'm glad I chose this hotel. I felt safe at night, was warmly greeted each time I arrived back, the room was relaxing and comfortable, and the breakfast was terrific.

Tram to the Cathedral less than 5 mins walk. The staff were very helpful. Bed was nice, and two pillows as an extra comfort. The shower was warm and had great pressure. The apartments and studios at Le 32 all have a flat-screen TV and a DVD player. Each has a dining area and a fully-equipped kitchenette that includes a fridge, a microwave and a Nespresso coffee maker. We loved the apartment! Very clean, perfect location. Bed and couch very comfortable. The heater worked perfectly.
