We enjoyed our stay here while in Annecy! The room was very nicely decorated, clean and well stocked with tea / coffee / other drinks. We hadn't purchased breakfast when booking but decided to add it for one of our mornings. There were so many food options (many sweet and savoury options), an excellent selection of beverages, and fantastic staff! The staff all throughout the hotel was wonderful with all of our questions about recommendations and local laundromats. The extra touches for our honeymoon, and the turn-down treats were so nice. The location was also perfect - we were so close to everything and enjoyed walking around all day without ending up too far from the hotel at the end of the evening.

Colazione abbondante, varietà di alimenti e di qualità; super abbondante! Hotel assolutamente consigliato per un piacevolissimo soggiorno che lascerà meravigliosi ricordi ! Ubicato a soli 200 metri dal Lago di Annecy, l'Hotel des Marquisats regala viste spettacolari sul lago e sulle Alpi. Really lovely hotel. Friendly reception. Easy to find. Quiet location. Spotless room and bathroom. Nice walk along lake to old town. Enjoyed a drink in the bar after dinner. Would love to stay again.

Il Best Western Carlton Annecy si trova nel centro di Annecy, alle porte della città medievale e a 10 minuti a piedi dal lago di Annecy. The staff was really friendly and accommodating. At check in they upgraded us to a very nice and spacious room. At check out they allowed us to keep the car in the parking for several additional hours (for free). Ultimately, despite staying only one night, we had the opportunity to experience the kindness of the staff and their commitment to meeting the needs of the guests. I would add that the hotel enjoys a perfect location very convenient for those arriving by car and very close to the historic center. Good value for money
