El The Ship Hotel está situado en el paseo de Parkgate, en la península de Wirral, y tiene vistas magníficas al estuario de Dee y al norte de Gales. Pretty much everything. The location, the history, the terrace, the room, the service, the people. The room, in particular, was pretty amazing. Facing the street and the fields. Lots of natural light coming in. Big, with a comfy bed. Extremely clean. I even found a pair of binoculars on the table to do some birdwatching. So relaxing. Such tranquillity. Highly recommended. I just wish I could’ve stayed longer.

The Dog in Over Peover es un establecimiento construido en 1860 en el corazón de una localidad pintoresca. Esta posada típica ofrece un restaurante y un bar de cervezas locales y nacionales. What a lovely, super dog friendly place, amazing staff, great food, comfy, spacious yet warm and cosy. Hospitality at its best. We were welcomed so warmly and treated so very well by all. The most enjoyable stay one could ask for. We were extremely well fed and watered with delicious food and cocktails by the most friendly, delightful staff. All our requests were accommodated with ease. Charlie dog had a fantastic time too, he had so much fuss and his very own treat made for him, they are sooooo dog friendly. The rooms were very warm and pleasant, I appreciated the pretty cups and saucers, real coffee etc. They also smell wonderful, seriously the nicest smelling room I've stayed in. Very comfortable beds. Nice furnishings. A nice clean bathroom with walk in shower and lovely soap that didn't make my skin react, for a change, much appreciated! Breakfast really was excellent as was the coffee. I cannot recommend this place enough. There are nice little touches everywhere that set it apart from the norm. But the staff here, they really are wonderful. A home from home but with far better food and hospitality!
