On the banks of the River Dee, The Boat Inn in Aboyne offers accommodation, a cosy bar and restaurant. Everything - we had a huge room with a view to the river. The food und drinks were amazing as well. You can take your dog to dinner and breakfast.

This former church has been tastefully converted, enabling retention of the original features. Auld Kirk B&B is situated in the heart of picturesque Royal Deeside. Absolutely loved this accommodation and the host Helen and her employee Lisa! Enjoyed chatting with them about our day and having a good laugh. And the breakfast was the best we have every had! Kept us going all day! Highly recommend this property! If I am ever in the area again I will definitley stay here!

The staff were exceptionally friendly and took great care of us. The room was huge, clean and quiet, and even came with a fridge. The bathroom was super spacious and functional. Breakfast was simply amazing and we dined at the pub in the evening too, which was also delicious! This was definitely the best accommodation we had on our 11 day trip to Scotland!
