Dinner was likewise extremely good; no need to consider eating out. Staff were very helpful, attentive and knowledgeable. The “Whisky Snug” room for tastings is almost unbelievable, with 600 whiskys on offer!

The Chester Hotel is a listed building dating from the 19th century, combining original design with striking, contemporary features. Very comfortable good sized room. Quiet location and close to the city centre. Great restaurant and bar service. Friendly and helpful staff.
