From start till end, everything was terrific. Everybody is so kind, great bedrooms, splendid environment in the middle of the gardens, excellent breakfast, and all visits included in the price. 10to12 is a traditional Victorian property located in the port town of Folkestone, 6 minutes’ walk from spacious green parkland with a picnic area and sandy beach. I did not think the room would be so lovely, opulent, and spotless. The hotel staff treated me like family, and as a traveler who is far from home, their thoughtful actions warmed my heart.

On the border of Kent and East Sussex, The Queen’s Inn in Hawkhurst offers luxurious rooms alongside its high-quality restaurant and bar. Very friendly, welcoming staff. Beautiful inn with historical character. Very comfortable rooms and beds with modern bathrooms. Spotlessly clean. Adequate free parking in the lot outside. Very nice small touches like a small thermos of fresh milk left outside the door every morning for tea. Absolutely outstanding fully cooked breakfast supplemented with Continental breakfast items as well. An additional plus was the absolutely delicious evening meals available in the Restaurant/Pub located downstairs. The chef running the kitchen is clearly very talented. The Queen's Inn surpassed our expectations on all counts, and we would highly recommend it as a great place to stay.

Striking and modern, The Marquis of Granby is a former village pub that offers contemporary dining and chic rooms, all amid beautiful Kent countryside near Dover, Folkestone, Canterbury and Ashford. Stylish, surprisingly luxurious / had a long soak in the copper bathtub! Excellent food and staff. dinner in the restaurant, very busy - do make sure to book . Superb breakfast =very good egg chef .
