It was so lovely to meet John and Steph, a real delight. It was great the get some history of the area and excellent recommendations for walks and places to eat. As the other reviews said, the breakfast was also a highlight of our stay. So delicious! And watching the birds whilst having breakfast was just joyful. A real gem of a place, thoroughly recommended to everyone.

Cottage Lodge Hotel is set in the Victorian village of Brockenhurst, nestled in the heart of the New Forest National Park. Excellent welcome from the owners and staff. Made you feel at home. Beautiful room in a quaint hotel. Delicious home cooked breakfast. The hotel is in a very close walking distance to a range of amenities including lovely pubs and restaurants. Stunning part of the country. Thoroughly enjoyed our two day break.

Lying in the heart of the New Forest National Park, The White Buck is a former country house boasting 20 bedrooms, free Wi-Fi and free on-site parking. Beautiful location, breakfast was tasty and evening meal was delicious. Clean and decorated beautifully staff friendly and helpful.

An amazing looking hotel not at all what I was expecting in an excellent location, easy to reach via public transport. Very good breakfast with plenty of choice. Lovely clean room and comfortable bed. Staff were very welcoming and friendly and the restaurant menu is well worth a look.

We really enjoyed our stay and the stunning setting within the New Forest NP and the hotel right next to the river makes it a perfect place. Really calm and perfect to relax in style. Also, very lovely and stylish rooms, generously equipped.
