Staff was incredibly friendly and courteous. Made sure we knew how to get to places and alternatives. Breakfast was excellent as well, lots of choices. Room was really comfortable and the location was convenient.

The staff were lovely, we were given a complimentary upgrade and free snacks. It was a good location during the daytime as easy to get to the train station / town. Room was spacious, clean, good facilities although we didn’t use them

Situated in the Jewellery Quarter, close to St Paul's Tram Station and 10 minutes’ walk from Birmingham city centre, Hampton by Hilton Birmingham Jewellery Quarter features an on-site fitness centre,... The room was clean and very quiet. Despite being on the ground floor we did not realise until we went outside how close it was to the tram as we hadn't heard them from the room. Staff were also super friendly, polite and helpful. Would definitely come back. Good value for money.l

The 4-star Clayton Hotel Birmingham is just a 5-minute walk from the Bullring Shopping Centre. It serves modern food in its stylish restaurant. I love the location, very close to the train station, also really close to the Bullring. The mall was very walkable as well, there were historic museums in the area that was walkable. The rooms were clean and modern . Breakfast was amazing.

Todo , vivimos la experiencia de vivir 1 día en un castillo , fue todo excepcional , personal de 10 , habitaciones bellísimas , desayuno exquisito Lo recomiendo 👏👏
