We had a lovely time! The staff was very helpful. The room had the most amazing view and ambience.Plus, the breakfast had everything you could have asked for and in great quality. Hope we have the pleasure to visit again and be lucky enough to get the same room !

Built of stone, Bastione Malvasia Hotel is situated in the medieval castle of Monemvasia, just 300 metres from the gate. Everything was near perfect. The apartment sits inside an old vaulted building, with a quaint terrace. It’s tasteful, spacious, and comfortable. The location is iconic, the breakfast is the best we’ve had in Greece so far; and the staff is a rather discrete but efficient.

Set amidst lush greenery, at an altitude of 600 metres, the traditionally built Guesthouse Mazaraki is situated close to the picturesque village of Mystras, offering views of the Byzantine castle of... Everything was wonderful - welcoming staff, beautiful location, gorgeous room and delicious breakfast. It’s incredibly quiet and romantic, and luxurious without being fussy.

Breakfast was delicious and very plentiful. It was more than we could eat. The staff was so helpful — provided lots of recommendations for dinner, the area, and for our exploration of the Mani Peninsula.

One of the best places we stayed in. Big room, incredibly clean (cleaned every day) . Big bed, large terrace and a spare one for hanging wet stuff. Enough parking space. Staff always available. They greeted us some breakfast stuff on the table and in the fridge (bread, ham, cheese, butter, honey, tea, coffee, bottled water). Refilled coffee. One small suggestion - could use some shelves, especially in the bathroom.

Trapela Areopolis, Boutique Hotel se găsește în Areopoli, la 11 km de Peșterile din Diros, și oferă un lounge comun, o terasă și vedere la oraș. Excellent hotel. Very friendly receptionist, authentic rooms, great view and sunset from our room (top floor). Central but very quiet at night. The room had everything we need for a short stay in Areopolis.

Kalnterimi Guesthouses se găsește în Monemvasia, la 18 minute de mers pe jos de Plaja Monemvasia, și oferă vedere la mare. We were very happy with our apartment which is situated a few meters and a few stairs away from the Monemvasia main gate (please note that you have to carry your suitcases or backpacks because of the cobble stones). The apartment is nicely furnished, offers a great view on the ocean from the windows (+ from the bed :)) and also has amenities like a coffee machine & coffee tabs. The owners have a store downstairs where you can get the keys and buy their local products like olive oil, wine or skin care. We had some problems with noise from the opposite bar one night because they tend to play loud music on Saturdays and the hosts did all they can to make up for it, even though it was not their fault and we really appreciated it. In terms of hospitality, these were one of the nicest hosts we have met so far.
