It features an indoor swimming pool, a fitness centre and a free airport shuttle upon request. everything. It was out of expectation. Our flight was delayed but staff was waiting outside to take us to the hotel. We left early at 4 o'clock the next morning and I was prepared to go without breakfast but then was told that breakfast started at 4 o'clock and typically would open 15 minutes ahead so I would have something to eat. This was such a surprise and I had never enjoyed this before. Breakfast was good and there were many choices. Room was clean and very quiet.

Located a 5-minute walk from Living World Mall, Mercure Serpong Alam Sutera offers a luxurious stay with an outdoor pool and a restaurant. It was extremely quiet and comfortable. Although located next to a larger road, I couldn’t hear the cars at all. The breakfast was very focused around local food, which was delicious, but also a great variety of western goods like scrambled eggs, pancakes, maple syrup, etc. There was a decent pool and sufficient fitness center to keep you busy if you decide not to leave the hotel
