Staff (reception) are very friendly and help me with all I need. The location of hotel is quite. Breakfast was nice with plenty of choices under Rajistani quite music. Can walk to Colaba and enjoy shopping.

Excellent hotel ! Very professional staff. The room is really large, the bed very confortable. The room and the hotel in general is very neat. They organised a cab for me when I arrived at the train station in Aurangabad, which is really nice. Also the restaurant and the bar on premisse offer excellent food and the service is very professional. Breakfast is great, and the staff packed a small breakfast-to-go for me as I wanted to leave early to visit Ellora on my first day there. For Ajanta, the staff organised a cab for me, everything went very smoothly.

Located beside the Santa Cruz Domestic Airport, The Orchid Hotel offers rooms with cable TV. The location is close to domestic airport but you don't hear any noise which is very good. The staff is courteous. The breakfast options are very good. I really enjoyed the south indian breakfast which was very delicious. I will stay here again.
