Standing tall in the up-scale Cuffe Parade, the award-winning President Mumbai offers a swimming pool and pampering spa treatments. The place is apparently one of the best in the city. From the moment I arrived the staff were super friendly and helpful, in every area of the business; security, baggage staff, reception, cafe, all really nice people. The venue is very beautiful, especially when dressed for Christmas, and the staff all wear beautiful uniforms. I actually got incredibly sick on my last night and I couldn't have asked for more help and support from the night receptionist - she deserves a medal as I was in tears. She called the doctor, had some meds driven over for me, had things brought to my room and when I checked out even asked if I needed her to call anyone at home because I was travelling alone and about to take a long flight. I'm sure this goes above the usual 'check out checklist'. Really comfy beds, a great shower, also and delicious food, we even had an Indian flute player for breakfast one day!

The Gordon House Hotel is located within 600 metres from the iconic Gateway of India, the National Gallery of Modern Art and Prince of Wales Museum. Free WiFi access is available. Location was first class. Staff were exceptional and went the extra mile to helpful. Decor was sleek and boutique. Very comfortable stay.
