The staff and managers were amazing, after Booking.com did not send through my request and the hotel did not know about any, they just jumped in and make up for it, and made our stay very special. the management and staff made our stay great; it was our wedding anniversary and wanted it special and it was just that. Shree Ganesha Palace is a 80 year old heritage property located in Varanasi. Free WiFi access is available throughout the hotel. The hotel staff were very accommodating. They provided us with a room as early as 9:00 AM as we arrived quite early. The room was an economical one, but was good for a 1 night stay with all amenities like a dryer, geyser, mini-fridge, AC, table, TV, etc. The hotel also has a restaurant but we didn't order anything from there.

The staff booked me a train ride back to Delhi making sure I got a good seat and made sure I got the the station on time. Food and service at the restaurant was amazing.
