This lakefront hotel is a 2-minute walk from the pier in Varenna. The historic 19th-century building features a terrace with panoramic views of Lake Como. Location is unparalleled, super easy to find, very close to the train station and right across the ferry terminal. The views are breathtaking, the terrace is a winner, and the air conditioning works like a charm. Breakfast is abundant and delicious, the staff is super kind (the lady actually remembered us from previous years which was lovely and made us feel special).

Mamma Ciccia offers room in several locations in Mandello del Lario's centre, on Lake Como. It features 2 restaurants and a bar. Rooms here offer free Wi-Fi and overlook an internal courtyard. Absolutely wonderful and quaint. The bistro that is associated with the rooms offered wonderful food and the prices were very reasonable. The rooms were comfortable and there was a lounge area where we could sit and drink a coffee. Highly recommended.

Hotel Du Lac & SPA is set in the heart of Bellagio, overlooking the main square, opposite the dock. Here you can enjoy panoramic views and excellent food. Really fantastic view from the balcony in the morning.

Rooms are clean, spacious and the view over the lake and the mountains is absolutely stunning. Como city is 5 min distance from the hotel, by car. Staff is very nice and communicative. They prepared us very good breakfast in the morning.

Fabulous views of the lake. The staff cannot do enough to help you if you need advice about restaurants, trains, where to visit. Comfortable room with excellent shower and comfy bed. The breakfast was great, more than we could eat and they will cook eggs etc to order. Overall a fabulous stay

A 2-minute walk from Lake Como shores, Balbianino is located in Lenno’s historic centre, 500 metres from the ferry terminal. We were welcomed by the receptionist Daniela. She was so sweet lovely and gave us plenty of time to go through our gorgeous clean apartment and even showed us where we could visit whilst we were there. One evening our electricity went out ( my fault as I had the washing machine and dishwasher on at the same time🙈🙈) we came back late that evening and we rang the owner as it was in the booklet to ring him after hours and he was going to come over to help us but we managed to sort it out over the phone. He was extremely helpful just like Daniela!!!
