Nice spacious room.We:d strongly recommend staying here if you fly in late. Both the men on reception on arrival and the following morning were friendly and helpful. We had a recommendation for a restaurant late that night which we enjoyed and the following morning we were given advice on where to visit in Catania and numerous options for dining out in Ortigia where we were heading to and where the gentleman was from.( Great recommendations - thank you)

Situated in the heart of Palermo, in northern Sicily, Operà is just 1.5 km from the ferry harbour. Large comfortable well appointed room with a view to the plaza below from the balcony. Great restaurants nearby. The elevator was a bonus!!!

San Giorgio Palace is a boutique hotel in Ragusa Ibla, 15 km from Modica. It offers panoramic views of Santa Domenica Valley and rooms with free Wi-Fi. A sweet breakfast buffet is provided daily. This hotel was very convenient to all the tourist sites and restaurants. In four or five minutes we were at the main square, admiring all the fabulous buildings. We liked the friendly and helpful staff at the front desk. The breakfast was wonderful, not only for the huge variety on the buffet but also for the setting with vaulted stone ceilings and a terrace with a view onto the valleys and hills of the countryside.

B&B Villa San Marco is located actually in Agrigento's Valle dei Templi, only 500 metres from the major Greek temples. Its large garden includes a swimming pool. The team is super nice and forthcoming. The location is absolutely great: breakfast, dinner or an evening beer or wine on the terrace with a view on the temples! You could even walk to the Valle dei Templi Breakfast was very nice with a lot of local products. Our room was very good for B&B standards.

Residence La Gancia offers self-catering apartments in the centre of Trapani, 30 metres from the public beach. It features a roof terrace with views of the town and the bay and a fitness centre. Here are the items that were perfect: staff, location, room size, breakfast, cleaniness, serviceand value. If I forgot any catagories, they were also perfect. This is a MUST stay in Trapani.
