Surrounded by the Dolomites, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, Hotel Hartmann is a cosy mountain property located in the South Tyrol town of Ortisei. It has a free sauna and free WiFi throughout. Lovely sauna and relaxation rooms which we unfortunately arrived too late to enjoy. I suggest making the most of this place and arrive early! Breakfast was superb! Way better than anywhere else we were that week. Fresh fruit, yoghurt, eggs, rashers, ham, cheese, croissants, cakes. I would go simply for the breakfast. I think we got a very good deal start of June in shoulder season.

Featuring a large garden with heated pool, the Maciaconi offers Alpine-style accommodation in the centre of Santa Cristina. It has a spa, a restaurant, and is 200 metres from the Saslong slopes. The staff is super friendly and helpful - Maximilliano made our stay wonderful with his recommendations and goodwill The room was comfy, big, clean, and well-equipped! Especially like the shower with the hot steam system! The location is right on the bus station and it helped navigate to every point we needed. Overall it was an amazing experience and is highly recommended!
