I got to the hotel a little early and was still able to check straight into my room. Valerie is very personable and cares deeply about the well-being of her guests. The room was clean and like the pictures. The breakfast was delicious and freshly prepared. It was specially adapted to my gluteen intolerance. There are many beautiful beaches in the area. I can recommend Doctors Cave. A beautiful and quiet beach not far from the hotel where you can really unwind. In the end, Valerie organized a transfer to the airport for me. When the driver was more than 5 minutes late, she dropped me there herself free of charge. It's remarkable how she had a direct solution and answer for all of my little holiday problems. I can definitely recommend the hotel and will vacation there again.

The all-inclusive Catalonia Montego Bay All Inclusive offers a private beach, 2 outdoor pools, a spa and casino. Each air-conditioned room has a balcony with views of the sea or tropical gardens. My 3rd time here it’s calm, family oriented, nice variety of food and drinks… I love it. A special thank you to the lifeguard Shanjay who made me feel confident that my young child was always safe.
