Miyajima Guesthouse Mikuniya is a traditional Japanese-style guesthouse located on Miyajima (Itsukushima). The accommodation was clean, beautiful and easy to find. The tatami room is so comfortable and the garden view was stunning. We really enjoy our stay, and will definitely go again!

Renewed in 2013, Sakuraya offers affordable Japanese-style rooms with mountain or sea views. Free Wi-Fi is available at the public areas. Miyajima Ferry Terminal is a 3-minute walk away. Lovely room with a great view. Friendly staff and very well located.

Reopened in April 2014 after renovations, Miyajima Morinoyado offers comfortable guest rooms and a spacious public bath. Only had one night I wish we had more. Located slightly away from the crowds and closer to nature in Miyajima, this hotel had wonderful view, comfortable room and amazing service in a peaceful atmosphere. Rich and beautifully served breakfast. They also offered to take us to the docks whenever was needed which was greatly appreciated.
