Overlooking picturesque Kawaguchi Lake in the serene Mount Fuji area, Rakuyu boasts comfortable guest rooms and natural hot spring baths. Free Wi-Fi is provided in the public area. The location up on the hill overlooking the lake provided a beautiful view from the rooms and onsen. The breakfast, snacks, and dinner provided were delicious and we didn’t have to leave the property unless we wanted to explore. The onsen bath was clean, comfortable, and relaxing.

Right on the shore of the scenic Kawaguchiko Lake, Hotel New Century boasts spacious Japanese-style rooms overlooking the lake and Mount Fuji. This hotel really took care of us. They, can secure you to rent a bikes directly in hotel, they can pick you up or give a ride if needed. Staff was really friendly and they could speak English. But the most amazing part is the room where you sleep on tatami and have breathtaking view on Mt. Fuji. They also have their own onsen and massage chairs.

Featuring great views of Mount Fuji and Lake Kawaguchi, Konanso boasts natural hot spring baths and large Japanese-style rooms with traditional tatami (woven-straw) flooring. Stayed for 2 nights and it was an excellent experience! Service was impeccable. The kaiseki in-room dinner was fantastic. Presentation was 10/10 and food was really fresh! Would definitely stay here again on my next trip!

Offering beautiful Mount Fuji views from all rooms, public baths, and restaurants, Mizno Hotel is a 5-minute drive from Kawaguchiko Train Station. It's hard to describe how wonderful out stay at this property was. Fuji view right in front of us, open bath (onsen) with Fuji view again! Great staff, amazing atmosphere all around (no different from a gallery), super-friendly and helpful staff at bar as well. Their yukatas and kimono jackets were also fascinating. I mean, as I said, lots of words to describe but none of them would be enough. Just experience it yourself please.

Luxurious ryokan Fuji Onsenji Yumedono is located just 500 metres from Lake Kawaguchiko. Staff, location and vibe were amazing. Highly recommend. A really layed back set up, but with all the comforts you need. Suggest stopping to get a fresh lobster and request the BBQ from the staff, was so good.

A 7-minute walk from Lake Kawaguchi, the 2-person cottages at Ururun have a quaint European charm and offer a spa bath with Mount Fuji views. I was going to Kawaguchiko with my husband for 2 night stays, I would like to say the place was SUPERB with nice view (can view Mt Fuji from bathroom however I didn’t manage to see because of weather condition). It was a cozy cottage provided with bicycle from the owner :) Slightly distance from Kawaguchiko station, but very near to Oishi Park and Kawaguchi Asama Shrine. Definitely will come back again if I’m visiting Kawaguchiko next time :)) Cleanliness : 5/5 Comfort and Amenities: 5/5

We had a great stay at this property. We booked a Japanese style room and it was a fantastic experience. Good breakfasts and very nice onsen. Friendly staff, beautiful view of the lake Kawaguchiko.
