The proximity to the beach made it incredibly easy to enjoy the sun and sand at any time. Additionally, the secure surroundings added an extra layer of comfort to my stay. ADO Estación Turística is 3-4 blocks away which is super convenient! You also have OXXO, Carl's Jr, Starbucks, and many clothing stores (Zara, Bershka, Pull & Bear, Fullsand, Old Navy, etc.) less than one block away. Room was spacious, providing ample room to move around comfortably. The cleanliness of the room was also noteworthy; it was evident that the staff took great care in maintaining a spotless environment. The staff at Che Suites were not only very friendly but also went the extra mile to assist with a late check-in, ensuring a smooth start to my stay. The check-out process was equally hassle-free, making my departure from the hotel a breeze. Internet connection was stable and fast. Accessibility Note: It's worth mentioning that guests need to take stairs to access their rooms. If stairs are not an issue for you, this is a fantastic option. Personally, it added a touch of exercise to my day. Considering this factor, if you have no problem with stairs, Che Suites is a great option.

This secluded guest house is located outside the village of Tulum, only a short cab ride of the beach. The property is surrounded by tropical gardens. The room was decorated to perfection with lots of charm and character, and plenty of space to spread out. My son loved swinging on the hammock in the middle of the room. The pool was just a few steps from our room and a beautiful little oasis surrounded by flowering trees. Breakfast was delicious and included local honey.

The support staff are amazingly attentive; and the place in immaculate condition because of their efforts. The beach is beautiful and Suenos' cabanas give guests wonderful location to relax on the beach. We were there for full week and had a different excellent breakfast each day. Had lunch couple of times, and it was very good as well. The location has a great variety of restaurants, bars and shops in walking distance.

Located on the coast of Xcalacoco Beach 10 minutes outside of Playa del Carmen, this luxury resort and spa situated in the tropical rainforest features a restaurant. Service was incredible. All inclusive option was much higher quality than any other resort.

Located on Playa del Carmen's vibrant 5th Avenue, Unic Design Hotel is an elegant property offering accommodations just 5 minutes' walk from Mamitas Beach Club. Complimentary breakfast was terrific. Staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. Location could not have been better.

The room was super clean and everything was fresh. Great water pressure and just steps from the pool. The grounds were immaculate with beautiful tropical plants and setting. The front desk clerk, Jesus, was super helpful and was a native Spanish speaker and also spoke perfect English. Just looking for a roof over my head and was pleasantly surprised by the surroundings. I will be staying there on any subsequent stays.

Featuring Mexican-style décor, Hotel Casa Colibri is a sea-front boutique hotel located in the heart of Playa del Carmen. The hotel is beautiful and, in my opinion, the best one in Playa del Carmen. The premises, atmosphere, and beach club are magnificent. The staff are friendly and uphold a high standard of service. I definitely recommend choosing this hotel.

This oceanfront hotel in Playa del Carmen is located directly on the beach, one block from the famous Fifth Avenue entertainment area. The hotel offers a 24-hour front desk and free Wi-Fi. very good location, directly at beach, and almost at Quinta Avenida, but it was so quiet. Tasty breakfasts, and helpfull staff.

On Playa del Carmen's famous 5th Avenue, an area known as Little Italy, this small hotel offers unique, but comfortable guestrooms, just steps from the beaches of the Caribbean Sea. Everything was exceptional. Every member of the staff helpful, the location of the apartment is in the heart of the 5th Avenue. For breakfast you get a voucher for a basic breakfast option - butter, marmelade, portion of fruit and bread (restaurant nearby, d' Italiano), and a discount voucher 20% if you want something other on the menu. Overall, our experience could not be better!
