This hotel is located 300 metres from Mexico’s Gulf Beach and 10 minutes’ walk from Mocambo Water Park. It features free Wi-Fi, an outdoor swimming pool and a fitness centre. The breakfast was fine and the staff was super friendly all the time. I really love how they respect the pets you bring along and the bags they give you at the check in.

The property was very central of greeting restaurants, grocery stores and shopping. It’s directly on the beach with easy access to the sand. The hotel provides beach chairs and umbrellas to their guests with bar service. The staff were extremely helpful and nice! The cleaning staff left our room very clean and smelling good every day. Highly recommend!

This 5-star hotel is located on Chachalacas Beach in the Veracruz region. Set in attractive gardens, it offers an indoor and outdoor pool, a gym and a spa with hot tub, sauna and massage treatments. Ohhh, I like the people of the staff, they are very kind , Josué, Enrique, Nury, I also like the bedroom, both pools, the bar, the restaurant, the hotel is beautiful, I think I'm going to stay there in a future, the sea view is incredible! Very Nice hotel!!
