A perfect place to relax, I loved everything about it!

Right in the centre of town, clean and comfortable and given an early breakfast so we could get to Chichen Itza. Dinner was included and it was lovely.

Offering an outdoor swimming pool and free breakfast, the Diplomat Hotel is located within Mérida's historic centre, 1 km from the Plaza Grande Park and 800 metres from the Zoo. What an amazing place to stay! The hotel is beautiful with a wonderful attention to detail. Everything is intentional and looks-and smells-stunning! But the staff and owners are even better than the hotel-and that is really saying something. We were contacted before we arrived asking if they would have snacks and margaritas ready for us when we arrived. They also asked if we had any dietary restrictions. I am gluten free and they kindly made everything gluten free for me!! To include snacks, breakfast and fresh cookies in our room each day! They also made us dinner reservations for every night and made sure they knew I was gluten free. Now, to talk about my favorite part, other than the amazingly kind staff and owners. The breakfasts!!!! They were beyond delicious, and I am very picky. Each day was not only stunning to look at but some of the best food I have eaten in my life. I know their chef will have an amazing culinary career. The owners are so lucky to have found her! A huge thank you to the absolutely amazing staff and owners! I have never felt better taken care of in my life and was greeted with so much kindness!!! My stay at Merida Santiago Hotel Boutique was nothing short of fantastic! From the moment I stepped through the door, I was greeted with exceptional service and genuine warmth from the staff. Their helpfulness and friendliness truly made me feel like a valued guest throughout my entire stay. The restaurant served up some of the most delicious food I've ever tasted, with each dish crafted to perfection. The ambiance added to the dining experience, making every meal a delightful treat. The hotel itself was a beautiful and comfortable oasis, with tastefully decorated rooms and inviting common areas. The refreshing pool was a welcome retreat after a day of exploring, and the easy parking made coming and going a breeze. One of the highlights of my stay was the proximity to the center, allowing me to easily access all of Merida's historical tourist attractions. Plus, having the owner onsite added an extra layer of hospitality, as they were always available to offer friendly advice and assistance.

Hotelul Meson del Marqués are o piscină în aer liber, fiind situat lângă Parcul Francisco Canton, într-o casă colonială din secolul al XVII-lea. The staff spoke perfect English and they were so keen to help. They gave recommendations, helped parking the car. The room was spacious, with a good airco. We received a bottle of water per person each day. The dining area is impossible to describe. It's like an open place in the building with a fountain in the middle. They perform showcooking at the table. Breakfast was very tasty, with a good choice.
