Arista of Rotorua studios are 20 minutes’ walk from the famous Polynesian Spa. The property features a BBQ area and a pirate ship children’s playground set in lovely gardens. Our apartment was exceptional – spacious, with a fully stocked kitchen that made meal prep so easy (they even thought of coffee creamer!). The convenient coin-operated laundry facility was a huge bonus, and its central location near downtown Rotorua was absolutely ideal. This truly felt like a home away from home, and we highly recommend it for anyone visiting Rotorua!

Hosts wonderful and welcoming able to suggest good restaurants. Everything was very clean had a full kitchen which is great if you are staying a few days. Breakfast cereal and yogurt and plenty of coffee. Loved this place!!!

Clean,good location, beautiful view right out the hotel.staff are so nice and helpful.they clean the room very nicely and free laundry.

Amazing amazing stay we had with Sport of Kings. stayed 3 nights here - very spacious room, comfortable, kitchen facilities were good, private hot tub in the room was pleasant - it was behind the bedroom in an “outside area” making it just cool enough but also sheltered hence privacy not an issue and also not too cold even in the autumn months with temperatures around 10degrees. Hot tub area was also kept very clean. The staff and owner of the property were also very helpful in providing recommendations for attractions, and in assisting us in our needs! For example, we had driven through some mud and gravel roads and wanted to wash our car - they promptly set up the hose for us. Will definitely stay again!

A 2-minute walk from Pilot Bay, The Anchorage Apartments offers a fitness centre and sauna room. The self-contained accommodations are fitted with a full kitchen, a balcony and laundry facilities. The place was awesome. Had laundry. Very washable to everything we wanted or needed. Grocery store nearby.

Offering modern rooms with a balcony and a microwave, Hotel on Devonport is just 10 minutes’ drive from Ocean Beach. Everything was very clean and comfortable. We plan to stay there again soon.
