The communication between me and the staff is good. The location is very strategic. Definitely recommended and will come in the future. Complete with basic amenities. Paid laundry is available. Set in beautiful garden surroundings, this B&B is only 100 metres from the shores of Lake Te Anau. Each room includes cable TV, electric blankets and tea/coffee making facilities. We really enjoyed our time here. Nathan and Liz were very kind and friendly. Great breakfast and very tidy and clean room.

Situated next to Lake Te Anau, Kingsgate Hotel is within walking distance of the town centre. It offers excellent walking opportunities nearby and free onsite parking. Unlimited free WiFi is included.... Lovely staff at check in and check out. We were upgraded from 2 single beds to a double. Bed was super comfortable and the location was great! Highly recommend if visiting Milford sounds as it is roughly 1.5 hour from here
