Amazing location, the hotel is literally right in the main square with loads of great cafes & restaurants within walking distance. The room was gorgeous and very comfortable, and the staff were lovely.

The staff was amazing The morning we went to cañon del colca at 3 am they offer us breakfast to take out so we won't missed breakfast at 7:15am Definitely going back!!

We got a free room upgrade and our room was massive. The breakfast was fresh and delicious. The location was perfect, close to everything.

Location, room size, flexibility of stay. I asked for one hour extension & they agreed to it at no extra charge. Newer bathrooms.

Great rooms and beautiful courtyard. Location was ideal being close to the main square but still quiet. Breakfast was good and the staff were attentive and kind.

The employees are exceptional. The grounds, pools and dining also fabulous. Truly wonderful experience from beginning to end and so glad we booked the private onsen experience.

We had a wonderful time here. The room was spotless, spacious and very comfortable. The cleanliness of the room was comparable to some 5-star hotels we have stayed in, just without the bells and whistles. The portable heater worked well and kept us warm. The owners clearly take pride in what they do. They were always warm, polite, and welcoming, with a smile on their faces every time we saw them. The hotel restaurant was excellent, tasty meals at a good price. No need to eat anywhere else. It is also in a great location, only a few minutes' walk to the town centre. Would happily stay again. A solid 10 out of 10 from us!
