We were in double deluxe with fireplace and it was so cosy and rustic…we loved it! Bed, pillows and bedlinen really comfortable and bathroom with natural light a pleasure to use. The gardens are beautiful and well-kept, with several peaceful relaxing zones (and 2 friendly alpacas). Staff really helpful and pleasant, and Inti a mine of information. Just outside town centre (but walkable, or plenty of tuk tuks) so really quiet. Would totally recommend.

We were so busy during our stay that we didn't have time to enjoy the gardens. The owner is helpful and so patient with my broken Spanish. Another employee who also works at the front desk speaks perfect English. The room was spacious and clean with a wonderful hot shower. The breakfast was very nice.

Exceptionally clean , hosts speak good English . The breakfast is not vast but perfect. They pack us breakfast to go as we left early for Machu Picchu which was very much appreciated . Tambo del Inka, a luxury establishment located in the Sacred Valley of the Incas, is the only hotel in Urubamba that has a private train station with connections to Machu Picchu. This was our second time to go to this hotel. I like so much the rooms, the huge common spaces and the wellness. The coffee machine in the room is a real extra. We traveld to Machu Picchu with the train (from the hotel’s train station) - it’s very comfy.

A blend of traditional architecture and contemporary interiors, this boutique hotel is framed by charming flowered gardens and an Andes Mountain backdrop. It is a 90-minute drive from downtown Cuzco. We upgraded to the room with a comfortable King sized bed. The room and bathroom were spacious with plenty of storage, breakfast was nice, owners were wonderful and helpful, shower with hot water, quiet neighborhood 5 min walk to center. We loved staying here and actually came back after our trip to Macchu Picchu. Highly recommend. Thank you! Bonus--playful dogs (they only come if you call them).

Such a beautiful property. We had a wonderful stay. The hotel is lovely - serene and calm and the perfect place to stay for Sacred Valley. The gardens are very peaceful and quiet Our room was great - large and really well appointed and very relaxing. The breakfast was fantastic - lots of choice and the Spa was fantastic. The gym is also excellent. The team were all very good but a special mention to Andres, Luis, Wally and Diana who took great care of us and delivered exceptional personalised service. I had a treatment at the Spa with Yesica who was also fantastic .
