We stopped on our way home and hotel exceeded our expectations. First of all, we got possibility to park our car at the secured garage (which was important to us), secondly, hotel is in central location, easy to walk to city center. Hotel receptionist (if not mistaken, Wiktoria), was friendly and helpful. We got room at the 4th floor, with nice balcony and good view to church. Room really comfortable, good in size and we even found telescope in our room to watch starts :) really one of the best hotels, that we have stayed in Poland. Well equipped, with small minibar, water bottles, decent bathroom toiletries.

Products of the highest quality. Great Polish wines. But the most wonderful thing are the interiors and their design. Wonderfully comfortable beds! Peace and quiet. Fairytale surroundings! We even managed to see a bison in the clearing next door. Simply phenomenal! This is the second time we've been here, and we'll be coming back in the Spring! There is no more original place in Europe! Wonderful!!!

The 4-star Hotel Cristal is located in the centre of Białystok, on the main street of the pedestrian area opposite St. Nicholas Church and just 700 metres from the Branicki Palace. The staff was extremely kind and helpful. They kindly allowed us to leave our car in the parking even after check-out, which we really appreciated. Great service and hospitality – thank you!
