Located in Seia, Chao do Rio - Turismo de Aldeia features rustic homes, as well as an outdoor biologic swimming pool and free bicycles. Beautiful place with garden, animals and great hikes nearby. The staff is very welcoming and kind. The home is clean and comfortable. The breakfast basket is amazing idea. We had a great time at Chao do Rio. We would like to come back again in the future. We highly recommend this place for anyone.

Hotel reka bentuk ini terletak di pergunungan Serra da Estrela Nature Park. Ia menawarkan bilik-bilik dengan pemandangan gunung dan kemudahan termasuk TV LCD. Found this place somewhat randomly and spent 3 night in their basic rooms, with the deck. The architecture, interior design, food, and most importantly service were impeccable and very high value for the money we spent. Especially the staff.. they went above an beyond to make sure you felt welcome and pampered. Great location if you want to spend a bit of time away and up in the mountains (hills) of Portugal. Highly recommended. p.s. We did make a stop for dinner at the higher rated (5 star) hotel owned by the same group. This location compared to that felt nicer. Both the interior design and people felt a lot warmer here.

The position on the edge of a mountain was spectacular. The views incredible from our room on the 4th Floor. The rooms are super spacious and well equipped. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The gardens are beautiful.

Located in the historical centre of Guarda, this hotel is 150 metres from the city’s cathedral. The green areas of the Serra da Estrela Natural Park are a 10-minute drive from the Hotel Santos. Very nice 3stars hotel with the very friendly staff!
