The room was comfortable with a tiny balcony overlooking the big church. It was walkable to all the tourist sites. Breakfast was delicious and expansive: multiple different types of eggs, cheeses, cold cuts, baked goods, and excellent coffee. But the best part was the hotel shuttle from the airport. I was very nervous ahead of time. My son was arriving at 1:30 am on Friday and I was arriving 12:30 am on Sunday. The middle of the night aspect really concerned me, but the driver was there both times. Plus, there was an issue with luggage on my flight, and I waited for almost 40 minutes. The driver must have called the hotel, who called me. I explained the issue and the driver was still there waiting when I walked out. The front desk staff also held our luggage after checkout to allow us more time to explore the city. All around phenomenal experience.

It was served at the late morning hour as we requested, and offered a lot of options. The location was quite, in spite of being close to the city center. The villa offers even umbrellas for rainy days.

Offering free WiFi and and renovated in 2013, Hotel Confort is only 500 metres from the centre of Cluj-Napoca. Got upgraded to 2 room Suite. Amazing room! Attentive reception employees. Only one comment - Food staff at breakfast room can be kinder, and if a guest points out that there is no more omelette, and we are the only guests in the dining room - you prepare more omelet, and not bark at the guest to eat a boiled egg.
