Pullman Zamzam Madina is a five-star hotel offering 835 rooms and suites, adjacent to Al-Masjid an-Nabawi and close to the Al Salam Gate. The rooms were large and clean. The staff was nice and helpful. Location was good but its a little far for women’s side of masjid we can pray outside of the masjid too but if you want to pray inside ypu have to walk 15 minutes but location was good for men. It is also near small mall that you can eat or shop. Generally our experience was nice. We will come and stay again soon inshallah.

The room where I was stayed upgraded from 4 beds to single bed since I was travelling alone and I was appreciated to the receptionist for doing so as make my stayed very cozy.
