Located in the prestigious Abraj Al-Bait complex overlooking the Grand Mosque and Kaaba shrine, Raffles Makkah Palace boasts spacious suites with panoramic views and 24-hour personal butler service. Overall, it was an excellent experience: great location, helpful staff, clean rooms, good food, etc.

Le Méridien Towers Makkah is elegantly designed and well equipped with kitchenettes. We were in the residential suite, it's very spacious, clean and it had a kitchen with a microwave which was very useful. The staff were very helpful and all spoke English very well. We loved how there was always a shuttle bus outside the hotel to take us directly to the Al-Harram in literally 2 mins. Would definitely book again for Umrah.
