Fullerton Singapore is in a perfect location - you can walk everywhere. Thanks to the very kind receptionist, we got upgraded to a room with a balcony. We truly enjoyed everything about Fullerton: - beautiful view of the bridge and quay - very comfortable bed - stylish decor: old-school luxury with a ton of charm - responsive and kind staff - hotel with history (and a great one too!) - the location was perfect - great water pressure in the shower - great amenities (including automatic toilet) - small balcony was a great bonus - try to get the balcony room if you can We will definitely come back; our stay was simply fantastic.

Beautiful location and top notch hotel. We happened to stay at a busy conference time but even with that, the service was perfection. The staff are super friendly and warm. The housekeeping team are exceptional, I really appreciated the pillow concierge as well. Honestly, I felt like we were royalty. We have 2 young children and they would run through making noise, I mean toddlers being toddlers. The staff were super friendly and always smiling at us. My daughter turned 5 on this trip and the exceptional housekeeping lady left us with a handwritten note wishing my daughter a happy birthday, and a fairmont little cuddly toy, Thank you Shwe Sin for making our stay that much more special. Thank you for your hard work and passion and the smiles you brought to every interaction with our children. Thank you!!

The quality of food and the attentive service made a wonderful experience. The staff were exceptional—friendly, professional, and always ready to assist with anything we needed. Aerotel Singapore is located in Changi Airport, AIRSIDE, Terminal 1, Departure Transit area and access is via escalator near departure Gate D40. What a gem. Staying for 7 hours changed our journey from arduous 23 hours of 2 flights to a decent trip. We had a 12 hour layover, went for a long walk to explore Changi’s gardens, don’t miss the orchid garden, then had a swim, a meal and slept in a comfortable bed for just enough time.
