The staff were amazing, very helpful. Our room was lovely with a small balcony , the bed was comfortable, and it was very clean. Very good breakfast.The location was great, close to everything, but still quiet. We were also able to store some baggage for 2 days whilst on a trip away.

Rosie was particularly helpful with booking tours and assisting us with a problem we had with our airline tickets. If I return to Hanoi, I will definitely stay here again!
