The review system is rather dysfunctional in Hanoi, with the reviews seemingly being to support the hotel providers rather than the consumer. There is high pressure to provide top reviews rather than honest ones to help consumers choose. That said, this hotel goes beyond the system and really is an elegant, charming residence with outstanding staff, attractive design, good breakfast and an appropriate price-to-service ratio. I stayed in 6 different hotels during my trip to Vietnam and this was one of my favourites. If I find myself in Hanoi again, I will stay here. Recommended!

The staff were amazing, very helpful. Our room was lovely with a small balcony , the bed was comfortable, and it was very clean. Very good breakfast.The location was great, close to everything, but still quiet. We were also able to store some baggage for 2 days whilst on a trip away.

Este situat perfect.Langa lac,restaurante,magazine etc.Ne-au permis cazarea înainte de ora 14.00 cum se face de obicei,eram obosit am intrat la ora 11.00 în cameră,ne-au oferit suc,cafea ca un Bun Venit.Cand am plecat am primit și un mic cadou din partea hotelului.Deci cu siguranță recomand acest hotel,va veți simți ca acasà.
