I had an upper level corner room with unbelievable views, even in the fog. The bed was super comfy as well. Only the breakfast was a little underwhelming, but they will be opening a new rooftop restaurant next year. Owner was warm and welcoming.

She ensured that we were comfortable and had everything ready and prepared fro our arrival.

They answered any questions we had a ensured that we knew where to find vegan food. Further to this, whenever we came in from the cold they gave us hot tea and a place by the fire!

Best hotel service we’ve ever experienced. The staff was friendly and warm. Absolutely recommend this place for everyone. The view from our rooms was fantastic (overlooking the valley and mountains), breakfast was delicious, everything was super clean. We had our laundry done, were able to safely leave our belongings for the day once we checked out and were offered a shower when we came back to pick them up in the evening. Also, we were given water for our trip leaving Sa Pa. Best wishes to the people working there, they are very kind.
