At check-in I was upgraded to a room with a view of Burj Khalifs as well as a room on a higher floor. The view was spectacular from the huge balcony. The bedroom size was excellent as well as the bathroom.

Set in the Bur Dubai district in Dubai, Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa are a 10-minute drive away.

free shuttle bus to the airport and only a few minutes from the airport, mini supermarket downstairs with long opening hours. we only stayed one night but everything was OK about the hotel.

Overall the staff was very friendly. Duty Manager Youssef was very professional and approachable as well. He has offer his help to make some special arrangement when I need cash for making payment to the Taxi. Hotel is thoughtful to provide water and cookies at the lobby. 😀

Beautiful hotel, and everone of the staff is super friendly. Always helpful and service with a smile. We have really enjoyed staying here. It was exceptional. We had dinner on the terrace and it was perfect. Breakfast in the morning is delicious.

The room was spacious and comfortable - it offered us what we needed and we were also able to request for an iron. We were able to see the Burj Khalifa from our room. Staff was very friendly and took the initiative to introduce the hotel to me as it was my first time there. The hotel’s location was also great as it was walking distance to the Dubai Mall and the Burj Khalifa. Bonus was that I was also able to order the real Fix Chocolate from the hotel due to its location.
