I’d like to start by giving credit to the amazing staff—truly attentive and welcoming throughout my stay. A special thanks to the housekeeping team, who kept my room impeccably clean every single day. The location is another highlight: everything you need is within walking distance, from great restaurants to convenient bus and metro stops. I would absolutely choose to stay here again.

Good room, good breakfast, good atmosfera. Thanks in particular to Mil and Rauf at reception , very kind and always helpfull for any request. We had room with terrace.....the best choice for seating outside and relaxing with a good drink after a day discovering this beautiful country

The hotel team was very considerate, very helpful. Few days earlier we stayed in a different hotel in the city and the quality of the service, hotel team and the hotel itself was like day and night.Nazim helped with every request from the first day of our stay to the last. It was clean, in a good location, good breakfast, there were tea and cookies to eat in the kitchen at any hour, there was drinkable water on the hallway and at the reception
The staff was amazing
They let us keep our luggage there a whole day after we checked out and we also stayed a bit more in the leaving room
