Staff and owner are all really nice, friendly and helpful. The room is good, the bed is very comfortable, and specially super quiet for a real good sleep! The neighborhood is safe for walking. I usually use Uber but during daytime I also took the bus Pavas from downtown (400 colones).

I stayed at Casa Marlui for one night, and it was a wonderful experience — like staying in a cozy guesthouse. The house is beautiful and full of lovely little details that make it special and charming.
Don Luis and Doña Margarita were incredibly kind and attentive at all times. The house has a gorgeous garden with a view of the city, and we were even lucky enough to see a Bobo bird. The dog they have is adorable — I wanted to take him home with me!
And we truly rested: sleeping there was such a peaceful, comfortable experience. They welcomed us so warmly. We are very grateful for their hospitality and for the beautiful experience we had at Casa Marlui. Highly recommended!

Our stay was great, everything we needed was provided at the property, they have a little garden where we could relax and do yoga near the pool. Gym is available too. Very convenient location near a big supermarket. We loved it!
