Food was wonderful and if you want to do a snorkeling it would be a good place to do. The room was clean, but one of the mattress wasn't comfortable.

We had an incredible week at this hotel in Hurghada! From the moment we arrived, Ahmed at reception made us feel so welcome—he was unbelievably kind and helpful throughout our stay. The Amaraya restaurant team deserves a huge shout-out! The food was absolutely unreal, with something for every taste, and the cleanliness was on another level. Every meal was a pleasure, thanks to their hard work and attention to detail. One of the biggest highlights was how spotless the entire hotel was. I have never seen such a clean hotel before—huge respect to the cleaning teams for keeping everything in perfect condition! There’s always something to do here, with tons of activities to keep you entertained. But if you’re looking for relaxation, there are plenty of pools and snack bars where you can unwind in peace. A big thank you to the hotel manager for an amazing experience. We truly enjoyed every moment and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

It was our second stay at this hotel. It was even better than first time one year ago, which was also exceptional. The hotel is clean, well maintained. I want to appreciate especially the staff - everybody is so kind, smiling, helpful. The food in main restaurant is tasty, waiters and cooks are hardworking, We visited also other restaurants for dinners that were for free -mediterranean, italian, asian, mexican -the food and service was excellent. The pools in march were heated -family pool, aquapark pool. Aquapark is well organised, the staff is doing very good job. The beach is nice. The room was spacious , wifi is everywhere.

Amazing staff, management, reception, chefs and waiters also the guys that drive the buggys, all friendly and good people. Very helpful. Great location best place in makadi bay, spa massages was the best. We will come again. If you stay in hurgada you must stay here. 10/10

Excellent facilities. They provided us with packed lunchboxes for our onward journey to Cairo. The infinity pool is breathtaking!

The hotel is truly family friendly, we travelled with our 1,5 year old toddler and they had everything we needed. We stayed in a 'family deluxe room' and it was very comfortable, had enough space and we had a big balcony facing to the garden. The food was absolutely delicious, with a great variety to suit both kids and adults. Plenty of options at every meal, and they had kid-friendly choices too. All of the employees were very kind, friendly and nice to our baby too. The garden is beautiful, our baby loved to walk around barefoot all day long everywhere. The pool was heated, which made it possible for her to bath too. The whole area is very clean and well-kept, the beach, the pool, the garden, the restaurants, bars. The front office management took a very good care of us, they were always super helpful (especially Hany), every time we'd a question.
