Newly modernised in an apartment block about 100 years old (the lift is original) in what was then the elite part of Cairo. Everything about this hotel is excellent. The staff go out of their way to serve, help and please the guests. I would like to highlight the outstanding job of Mohamed Hussein and Sabry from the Concierge department who helped us organize all our excursions, sightseeing tours, taxis, guides and everything we needed.. Also Ahmed at THE BLUE restaurant was great. He prepared a traditional Egyptian breakfast for us and was always there to bring us what we wished. The location is perfect, a very safe area and close to most attractions. We definitely recommend this hotel for your best experience in Cairo and look forward to returning!

It was very spacious and clean with very comfortable beds. The lounge area is very big with all the amenities working well. The contact Nagwa was especially helpful and kind. She was on hand at every possible moment to help with anything from answering queries to organising trips. She made the stay especially smooth.
