Best hotel ever we got an amazing vacation in Egypt

The hotel and the staff is superb..

Stuff is so friendly and helpful. Food is amazing (I'm a vegetarian, and I always had a huge selection of dishes to suit my taste. Beach is huge and clean. And even if it's storm in sea, I had the opportunity to swim in shallow water. Animators team is always suggest you a good clubs to spend a night of fun. I highly recommend this hotel!

We had a fantastic stay at this resort. Breakfast extremely expansive, hotel has all the facilities you need and more and is extremely clean. The staff is so so kind. Ahmed el Faki took fantastic care of us during breakfast and Basam in the Lebanese restaurant! The manager is also always at your disposal! This hotel get's it all right! even the little details which is what elevates this hotel to the next level. Recommend!

Our stay at this hotel has been absolutely amazing, and we cannot thank the entire team enough for making our experience so memorable! From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, and we felt genuinely cared for throughout our entire stay. A special thank you to Mohamed Tharwat, Mohamed Taha (the talented chef who prepared the delicious meals), Mahmoud, Hossam, Amr, Assem Bakeir, and Ahmed from the restaurant. You were always so kind, attentive, and ensured we had the best dining experience for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Your warm hospitality truly made each meal something to look forward to. The food was fantastic, and the service was top-notch! A big thank you to Abdallah at the bar, who always served our drinks with a smile and made our time at the bar so enjoyable. We also want to extend our gratitude to Ibrahim, who provided impeccable room service and housekeeping. It was such a fun surprise to return to our room and find the adorable and creative figures he made from towels. It added such a personal and special touch to our stay, and we couldn’t help but smile and have a laugh of the creative figures every time we walked into our room! The hotel itself is beautiful, comfortable, and very well-maintained. The attention to detail in every aspect was clear, and we felt at home throughout our time here. The location is great, and everything from the amenities to the cleanliness was flawless. We wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone looking for a wonderful, relaxing, and memorable stay. The staff here truly made our visit unforgettable, and we are grateful for every moment. I would also like to give a very big thank you to Andrew at the front desk, his kindness and service is beyond ordinary. at the reception it is Andrew who always gives the best service and looks straight into your eyes that you need help. Andrew helped me with his private mobile when I had a problem with the ATM in reception he called and solved the problem. Thank you Andrew 🙏. a very special and awesome cleaning and service is for the cleaner SEMAN in building area 5. we had rooms 5402 and 5403 he was there for us all the time doing everything and then some. There wasn't a day that he didn't make us his own animal models and decorations out of plain towels. We stayed there from 1/11 to 14/11 Thanks again. Highly recommend this resort. The food in the restaurants very good and clean. In the Restaurant there was a man named Karm Gad he and his colleagues all always nice and did everything to make us happy always. In the lobby bar sealife it was absolutely Mohamad Nabel who gave the best service, always pleasant and helpful. Count on us every time we visit Sharm al Sheikh. Everything was excellent , facilities , cleanness, very friendly and professional staff. Absolute 5 star treatment, everyone in hotel can not do enough for you. A special highlight was my birthday dinner , which made my day feel even more special.
