travelled for early Mother’s Day with my mum for 2 nights. perfect location for getting in from Gatwick to Victoria, yet still quiet at night. rooms have a kitchenette - a brilliant addition if you get in late and want to have food delivered! drinking water provided via britta filter tap in the kitchenette. lovely large bathroom with good shower. comfortable bed. the staff could not have been more helpful (shoutout to Jason) - every request was facilitated and everyone just so friendly. my mum is a light sleeper and room 401 was super quiet. could not fault it and will 100% be back next time in London!

exceptional service, excellent location, classy but kind. I 100% recommend this place. so much so I’ve rebooked and decided not to look anywhere else. Also the continuous nibbles that are included in the room rate are next level amazing.

The moment we entered the hotel, we felt like royalty. The reception desk officer was beyond polite, we got upgraded into a beautiful suite, got served complementary house cocktail, and enjoyed the room so much we decided to stay and order room service. Everything from delicious food, service, room and breakfast was beyond our expectations.

This was a spacious apartment in London Westminster about 15 minutes walking distance from both Victoria and Vauxhall stations. A bus stop right at the door and underground station just around the corner. A very convenient location to explore London. We spent there 4 nights, everything was perfectly clean, the kitchen was equipped with everything you need to prepare breakfast including Nespresso coffee machine. Highly recommend for a family or group of 4 people.
