Staff are friendly and the rooms are exceptional. Requested prior to visit for them to arrange a cake and some balloons and flowers in the room for my wife's birthday and to also check in early. Everything was done in time with no complaints for the early check in. Breakfast has a wide variety and really good. Really good location and very accommodating. Will definitely stay here again.

Petro is a great host, very nice and willing to help with recommendations!! The apartment is nice and clean and with everything you may need. The apartments were amazing. As in the photo. Very spacious, clean, with a pleasant smell, everything you need was inside, there was nothing that was not enough. Just wow.. staying in Venice Venice Hotel is one of the absolute best hospitality experiences of our life. It was like this cosy sophisticated and seductive place was competing with the Venice itself. It was honestly hard to leave it to go see Venice! We ended up having our breakfast (on a cute private deck on the Grand Canal), 'aperitivos' and dinners in the hotel the whole stay. Our mesmerising room took our breath away when we walked in. It overlooked the canal with a private balcony... every detail in our space was meticulously studied and encompassed the very essence of refined, contemporary aesthetics. We were surrounded by subtle art and unique design. The service was luxurious.. every person of staff we came in contact with emanated readiness to help, good naturedness, responsibility, enthusiasm and warmth. We were taken care of from the beginning till the very last moment with an exceptional care that made us feel like we were or the most important guests, or.. their only guests. Now THAT is what true luxury feels like.
