The location is superb, the rooms are nice and clean and the staff is extremely Friendly and helpful, clearly going out of their way to make you welcome. We spent two lovely weeks here and I want to thank everyone, especially Chris who made our stay unforgettable.

This really must be the best deal in otherwise super expensive (at least for European standards) Puerto Rico! Lovely, comfortable room where they've thought of everything and a really nice outside area with two great pools. I recommend one of the upstairs rooms as you have more privacy and lots of space to dry out wet clothes and towels. The area is super lovely with an amazing Mexican restaurant just around the corner and a lovely beach in walking distance. There is also a super cheap bus to take you into Old San Juan (don't drive - traffic is absolutely terrible) or there is always Ubers for a decent price. The bed is super comfy and we just felt right at home here. Self check in is also super easy and the suncream and mosquito spray for the guests a very nice touch.

An absolute gem in PR! The pictures don’t even do justice to what you experience. One of the best hotels I’ve stayed, and I can compare to many, as well 5 stars. The hotel is located in a gated community, which means it’s all times very quiet. From your first step into the property you already feel that you are in paradise, starting from the smells ending with the little jungle they created . Attention to details, room size more than generous, comfortable beds and the outdoor shower, my god it makes you want to never leave this place. Superb breakfast, great room service and staff. Loved the fact that when you have a late flight you can enjoy your entire day at the beach and still come back and shower. Ps: the different beach towels every day made always my day, felt like unwrapping every day a new gift . Thank you for the best experience

I did like the fact the apartment was next to beach.
