The staff was very friendly, especially Murat - who helped me with directions and very heavy luggage, and Zeynip who also gave me good tips as well as kept in contact through WhatsApp - which made me feel very safe should I have needed anything, particularly as I was travelling alone.

Everything was perfect, very clean and comfortable rooms, good looking bathroom, room and kitchen. Very pleasant and polite stuff, always ready to help you at any time with any questions. Just perfect location, this street in the very center, but pretty quite and not crowded. Also they are cooking special dinner every week. Btw I had a great roommates. Price here is so cheap for such good treatment, location and such good looking rooms

Our stay at this hotel in Istanbul was perfect! The reception and restaurant staff were extremely kind and polite. The guys at the front desk were always helpful and happy to answer all our questions about the city. The room was very clean and comfortable—huge thanks to the amazing cleaning team. Breakfast was a real highlight: delicious and different every day. Highly recommended—we’d love to come back!

It was a perfect place for those who want a comfortable room with nice views. The view from the rooms is nice but the view from the terrace is like a dream, especially at night. There is a nice safe paid parking garage right in front of the hotel which costs 11 euros for 24 hours. The metro stations is very close. The famous Istiklal street and Galata tower are in a walking distance. The staff was really helpful and responsive. I needed to iron my clothes, and they gave me an iron immediately. The rooms were clean and they had a good sound isolation and a nice view of the golden horn sea.
