The hotel is very modern and absolutely spotless. The staff were all very professional but also personable and nothing was too much trouble.

As This trip was our first experience to visit Taipei, Location of hotel was very important. Hotel staff was very kind and sometimes they spoke Japanese. Though there weren't any amenities by Taiwan rules, as hotel informed us of it in advance, it's no problem. We could enjoy original taiwn cusine on breakfast. Our room was always cleaned. Though it's too bad my heavy cold, as we didn't research Taiwan's weather and cold conditions of train and bus iterior, we'll be back again. Thank you!
