Just a top quality place, the staff especially Debbie and Dennis were so friendly, the breakfasts were awesome,it was difficult to find any fault save for the small one below.

Location was great. Just a few blocks from the craziness of Bourbon St. Also beside green street car to Garden district and Hop on Hop off bus. What made the holiday were the staff. From check in, we were warmly welcomed and that hospitality lasted throughout our stay. Every one of thier staff members would bend over backwards to accommodate you or just say hello when passing. It was truly exceptional. From Patrick at breakfast to Renaldo at reception, they always had time for us. I have stayed in top 5 star hotels that have not managed that level of hospitality. The drinks and evening snacks where of a very high standard, as was the breakfast. We were on a 3 week tour of different US States and staying in 6 different hotels, this was by far our favourite.

Everything was very good. Great location, close to everything. Very nice and beautiful property. The staff was very kind, helpful and polite. The room was clean, spacious, cozy. The bed was large and comfortable. Very comfortable and nice bathroom. Was pleasant.

This charming, historic hotel is located 1 block from famous Bourbon Street. Criollo restaurant, the Carousel Bar, and a heated rooftop swimming pool are featured on-site.

Perfect location for attending the Mardi Gras it was within very short distance to Canal street for the parades and Burbon Street. The hotel is relatively quiet. The pool on the rooftop great chill spot. You must book for the restaurants we unfortunately were not able to get a meal there though menu looked amazing it was very expensive. There is a shop near the hotel.for alcohol and.groceries

- Interior and rooms are pretty new - Beds are comfy - The location is a good sweet spot for Mardi Gras – close enough to the city that you can reach the French Quarter without too much trouble, and 2x-3x cheaper than hotels there

A warm New Orleans welcome from the door staff and those on the reception . All the staff are helpful and very friendly. Dinner in the restaurant was excellent. We enjoyed our stay immensely.

Everything. We have been travelling down through the US for two and a half weeks, staying in lovely hotels along the way, however this was the best. Everything about the hotel was wonderful, room, staff, service, ambience and the facilities. Loved our stay here and were sad to leave both the hotel and the city this morning. Fabulous place to visit and stay.
