I didn’t try breakfast at the hostel but from what I saw it was pretty typical breakfast meals that they offered. There are also an oven and a microwave to heat up your food

Breakfast exceeded our expectations! The hotel is central & close to the cable cars. The room was spacious and perfect for the 5 of us. The hotel is full of history on the walls. We stayed for a short stay, but it was pleasant :)

the location was perfect, in walking distance from union square and chinatown, it also felt like an old timey hotel, which i found quaint. they also provided a complementary pastry breakfast (and the sweets were always fresh and delicious)

It couldn’t be in a more perfect location to get around the city. Get a travel card and the bus, tram, cable car is just around the actual corner .
Near to music venues, stadiums, the Castro and warf. In the heart of union square if you want expensive watches and jewellery or the best cheesecake at the cheesecake factory. Couldn’t be in a better location. Ideal if you love museums and gallery’s on your doorstep. Moma and Franklin well worth the visit.
