A lpeaceful little haven in otherwise hectic Hoi An. Superbly managed hotel. Fabulous staff...warm friendly courteous helpful...just 10/10 on every level. Rooms are spacious, impeccably clean, beds very comfortable. Agree with previous reviewers ...thd best place we've stayed in Vietnam. Only 15 min walk along river to main part of town & a big bonus being that distance away. Very quiet location. Pool is lovely, very well maintained . Breakfast wonderful. We also had dinner there on 2 nights and it was very good. Thoroughly recommended.

Great hostel to meet people! Facilities are great, there is a lot to do (can recommend escape room and massage) and the hostel is clean. Location is great and free cycle rental makes it even easier to get around. They have everything from rooftop and amazing breakfast to pool.

The owners are very sweet and helpful. They made a birthdaycake for our little daugther and made breakfast for the kids even though we left early in the morning. The homestay is run very professionally, good english speaking host and great food in the restaurant. Very very big familyroom - great when you stay for a longer period as we did. Easy to walk to the old town but still away from all. the people and noise.

We actually liked just about everything. Our host was very helpful and attentive, always had time to help us, answer any question we might have had, in person and via WhatsApp. And it was all done with a smile. The place had a modern decor, room was spacious and comfortable. Nice, quiet alley with lovely river sidewalk just around the corner. Hard to fault! A+++ from us.

Just spent the most wonderful 5 nights at Bonsai Villa. Autumn is just the most gracious lady who, together with her family and staff, has created a little sanctuary just outside the hussle and bustle of the Ancient town. The pool is fabulous, breakfast is amazing, the rooms are spotless, and clean towels every day. The bonsai garden is just so incredible to see and be amongst. Thank you for such a great stay.

Very nice place, staff is lovely, I got great recommendations for tailor shop, places to visit, scams to avoid. They also booked me a tour and could rent bicycle. The WiFi was good as well, I need strong WiFi for my work and it worked good. The area is nice and quiet, maybe 10-15 mins walk from the center.

Perfect hotel when staying in Hoi An. It is located a short distance from the city center, which can be reached on foot or by bicycle (free to use). The price-quality ratio is excellent. We had a technical problem with the air conditioning and were able to switch rooms within 5 minutes (take this literally). The staff is great, providing you with everything you need and giving you information whenever you want If we were to visit Hoi An again we would book here again without a doubt
